Clio Villas is a complex of two-bedroom villas, each with private pool and a spacious green area, located in a calm and quiet district of the picturesque region of Rethymno and surrounded by the unique natural landscape.
During the construction of the complex, each villa which has an area of 80 sq. m. and occupies two floors constructed by local building materials of high quality.
On the ground floor there is a living room with pull-out settee ( which can accommodate two people ), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with twin beds and the second, a small, comfortable sofa with pull-out ), and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom adjoins a balcony.
In the territory of each villa there is a private swimming pool, garden furniture and sun loungers. In the complex, in a separate building there is a coffee shop, a bar, a restaurant and a seating area for guests. The complex is surrounded by manicured gardens with a predominance of Cretan flora and kid's playground.
The central building of the complex has reception for information, a cozy lounge, bar and restaurant. The villas are surrounded by large gardens, where there is an aquarium, an outdoor theater and a playground.
At a distance of 800 meters is found an equipped beaches endless stretch of golden sand. The distance to the beautiful old Venetian town with a great selection of taverns, restaurants, cafeterias, shops, museums and attractions, is less than 10 minutes' drive away.
