Lia Villa is a new, exclusive, five bedroom house located in the prestigious seaside resort area of Aghios Nikolaos, at a distance of 1 km. from the beach.

The villa is located on a green, well-maintained plot with lawn, private pool and a shaded gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a barbecue and a traditional wood-burning stove. The villa enjoys as far as the eye can see, the unique beauty of sea view the, mountain scenery and greenery.
The picturesque Aghios Nikolaos town is found just 3.5km away from the villa and the elite resort area of Elounda 14km away.
The wonderful Almyros Beach is found only 1km away with a variety of restaurants with fresh fish and Cretan delicatessen. Another wonderful sandy beach, Ammoudara, is 2km away.
