These villas are suitable for all year residence because they have conditioning for summer and independent heating for winter. The surface of every villa is 116 square meter indoor. They consist of two bedrooms and they can accommodate up to 6 persons.
The outdoor space of every villa, which is in direct access with the down floor, is settled with cahoots-stone and has big surface with many spaces for every use. Side table and chairs in small corners, a saloon made of bamboo and bananas sheet, garden with a variety of plants and discreet lighting at night. In the whole block there are spectacular gardens with relative vegetation. There is the Mexican garden with cactus-plants, the Mediterranean garden with Mediterranean vegetation, and the Tropical garden with phoenix like plants. Every corner of the block helps for the comfortable, cozy, and pleasurable stay. Everything in the luxury block of villas is made for the enjoyment of vacation and life.
At the edge of external space there is a private pool with a wonderful view to the sea while you are swimming. Around the pool there are deckchairs and wooden umbrellas for sun protection and decoration.
The city of Aghios Nikolaos which is found only 5 minutes drive from the villas has a variety of shopping facilities, good restaurants and sefront taverns with fresh fish and seafood delicatessen.
