The unique, two-level, beautiful building, built of ecological building materials, wood and stone, offers complete privacy, confidentiality in an atmosphere of peace, grace and grandeur.
On the upper level is found the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub with Jacuzzi and views of the sea. Two more bedrooms are found on the same floor, beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished, and share a modern bathroom with shower.
On the lower level there is an open space that connects the living room, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The panoramic, full-wall living room windows offer spectacular views of the sea and the surroundings.
The villa is surrounded by lawns and flowers with aromatic herbs. The outdoor area offers a private, infinity swimming poo. Nearby there is a summer terrace with dining area for outdoor dining and barbecue area.
From the villa there is a private path to a rocky platform for swimming. At a distance of five-minute trip there is a resort area with organized beach and restaurants. At a distance of ten-minute trip is another popular resort with developed infrastructure.
