The two-storey, new luxury villa, with a total indoor area of 280 sq. m. is built on a picturesque promontory in the county of Chania, and offers amazingly beautiful views of the sea. The villa is situated on a plot of 1000sqm. , And offers complete privacy. The luxury villa has a convenient, private, direct access to the sea, leading to the rocky shoreline. In 500 meters distance there is a small sandy beach, and within a radius of 900 meters an equipped sandy beach.
