Villa Nina is a new (built 2015) luxury villa with 4 bedrooms and private pool located in a picturesque village, in the district of Chania, at a distance of only 10-minute drive from the city center.
A wide choice of beaches such Marathi, Loutraki, Agios Onoufrios are in distance of five minutes’ drive from the villa. The place where there is the spacious two-story house, is surrounded on all sides by greenery, olive groves, flowering shrubs and aromatic herbs endemic. Villa Alexandra offers to guests quiet and relaxing holiday in complete privacy.
Comfortable, with elaborate trifles, flooded with sunlight house offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Villa Alexandra is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi Fi Internet, and washing machine. On the first floor there is the living room, with the large TV, the dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen with dining table and dishwasher. On the same level is a bedroom with end a bathroom.
On the upper level is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room and a sea view furnished balcony. At the same level there are 2 further bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a shared balcony.
Villa is surrounded by a large area with olive trees, lawn and private swimming pool. The pool with sun loungers and parasols. For outdoor dining there is a barbecue and a veranda with dining furniture. The region in which the villa is located, is famous for its wonderful sandy beaches equipped, with entertainment and restaurants on the beach and traditional picturesque villages, with small Byzantine churches and taverns, famous for its cuisine as Cretan and Greek.
