The second floor has 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and Jacuzzi, and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have a balcony with views and comfortable outdoor furniture. Also on the second floor there is a small storeroom. On the lower ground floor there are auxiliary facilities: laundry room, pantry, guest WC, also has a place to put extra beds two guests or staff.
On the plot that surrounds the villa there are well-kept gardens, sun beds and parasols around the private swimming pool.
The villa is located 800 meters away of a fine sandy equipped beautiful beach, and its location is an ideal base for exploring the many historical attractions in the region and other famous beaches. Also at a distance of 800 meters there are cafes and taverns.
