The three-storey building of the villa with an indoor area of 160 square meters, with fantastic views of the turquoise lagoon, sea space and greenery, offers four spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two living rooms.
On the ground floor (level pool) are found: independent studio apartment with a kitchen and a small, cozy living room and a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
On the second floor: Open plan fully equipped kitchen and a central living room and second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the third floor: Third bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom.
On the landscaped area of the villa with an outdoor area of 230 square meters, is found the private swimming pool with shower, lawn and barbecue facilities.
The beach next to the villa, protected from the wind with a sandy bottom and easy entrance to the sea, is ideal for families with children and lovers of swimming in the crystal clear, turquoise waters. The sandy beach is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, cabanas and a shower, taverns and cafes. The region is famous for its numerous beaches, bays and taverns with fresh fish and seafood.
