Limanaki Villa - new, beautiful three-bedroom villa with private pool, located on a spacious green park area, just three hundred meters from the beautiful organized sandy beach.
Beautiful bright building, surrounded by a stone wall, is a wonderful retreat offering a comfortable stay in an atmosphere of calm and complete privacy. The villa is beautifully furnished, with modern decor and equipped with the latest technology.
The accommodation is offered in a common space of the first floor area of 150 square meters, combining the living room with comfortable sofas, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Also for the convenience of guests at the villa there is a spacious lounge area with sofas and a television system. The villa has three cozy bedrooms with soft lighting, in pastel colours, with large fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds, two of them have double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. To the master bedroom adjoins the bathroom. The other two bedrooms share one bathroom.
The outdoor area has a spacious terrace with a private pool, which is located next to the dining area outdoors with garden furniture and a barbecue area with a grill and a traditional wood-burning stove. A huge area of 4000 square meters. m. surrounded by greenery, is divided into areas with lawn, planted gardens with palm trees, olive groves, citrus trees, aromatic herbs and flowers endemic.
At a distance of 300 meters is found an equipped sandy beach with spectacular views, surrounded by greenery. Along the coast there are several taverns with fresh fish and seafood. The nearest supermarket is located 700 meters from the villa. Three-minute car ride takes you to the tennis court and a big play center with attractions for children, a restaurant and a coffee shop with unique views of the bay. The location of the villa is a great base for exploring the sights and fantastic beaches of the north-western part of the island, visiting the city of Chania, which due to its beauty can be called "Little Venice.
