Kalathas Stone villas are designed in Greek style by a famous Greek architect, each one offer three bedrooms and private swimming pool. Located at Katathas, Akrotiri area, they abstain hardly a few minutes from the city of Chania. The privacy, the fantastic panorama sea view, but also the modern installations are only few characteristics of these splendid residences.
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with sofa, a dining room with sea view and a fully-equipped kitchen. The balcony is equipped with outdoor sitting corner. On the same floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a balcony with wonderful sea view.
On the lower level each Kalathas Stone Villa offers one double bedroom and the third bedroom with twin beds and with en-suite bathrooms. In the same floor there is a washing machine with dryer.
Kalathas resort area has a wonderful, equipped, sandy, organized beach. On the beach there are a couple of good taverns with fresh fish and Mediterranean cuisine. Only five minutes away there are several options for swimming, Tersanas beach, Stavros beach and Marathi. Shopping facilities are found only 5 minutes drive away from the villas.
