Gulf villa is a four bedroom villa and it is located at a wonderful and very quiet green area, at a cozy coastal village at Akrotiri on the coast of north-western Crete (Chania).
The convenient location of the villa is just 80 meters from a well organized sandy beach sheltered from the wind and the waves of the bay, making it an ideal place for families with children.
The villa has a large green fenced area of 1500 square meters, with lawn and garden. The villa has a private, large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols and a shaded barbecue area.
On the ground floor there are three spacious bedrooms (each with private bathroom), two of the bedrooms have walk-in closets. On the ground floor there is another, large and spacious fourth bedroom/ studio with separate entrance, where there is a kitchenette area and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 living rooms, a beautiful dining room for 10 people with beautiful sea views and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. At the same level there is a large sea view veranda with dining table.
Only 80 meters away there is a beach of fine sand, sandy bottom and good entrance to the sea. The beach is organized. Near the beach there are taverns serving fresh fish, a coffee shop and a children's playground.
