Villa Christi is a Luxury five bedroom villa, located in the district of Chania, in the beautiful and green countryside with breathtaking landscape, surrounded by many famous beaches of the region.
The elegant building, surrounded by olive trees, invites you to enjoy a unique holiday in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying fantastic sea views.
For the construction of the villa were used the principle of combining traditional island architecture with modern and comfortable design.
The two-storey building of the villa, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, offers five bedrooms and two open-plan space living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor, at pool level, there is an open plan living room with flat screen TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. From here there is access to a terrace with garden furniture and a large dining table, in front of the pool. On the same level is a bathroom, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes.
On the upper level there is another living room with fireplace, dining table, flat screen TV and additional kitchen. There are also three bedrooms, two of which are located on two levels in loft style, with a seating area and a comfortable double beds. One bathroom with bath and the other with shower. Spacious furnished balcony with magnificent views of the sea.
The villa has a spacious, shaded terrace with a swimming pool with magnificent views surrounded by a garden with olive trees.
The traditional village in Akrotiri region where the villa is found, offers a range of taverns, famous Cretan cuisine and fresh fish and seafood. The nearest beach – sandy is found 700meters away, it is equipped, protected from the wind and with a safe entrance into the water.
