Aggelos villa is a magnificent, modern, 4 bedroom villa with a large green area with lawn, private pool and panoramic sea views, located near the coastline, in one of the best areas of Chania, Crete.
A walking path of 200 meters separates the villa from a sandy beach, and 300 meters away is found an organized sandy beach with cafes, taverns and water sports rental.
The villa is a two floor maisonette and features all modern facilities and wonderful sea views for ultimate summer holidays.
On the first floor of the building, there is the open plan living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the same level there are three contemporary bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower ) and a veranda with garden furniture.
On the lower level there is an independent studio - room apartment with separate entrance, including a common space of bedroom and living room with a small kitchenette.
The outdoor of the villa has a private infinity pool surrounded by green lawn with sun loungers and parasols. On-site, next to the swimming pool there is a guest WC.
In walking distance there are taverns and cafes. Beaches nearby recommended: Kalathas, Stavros, Tersanas, Marathi, Loutraki.
