The municipal beach of Elounda is located 11 km north of Saint Nicholas. It is a lovely sandy beach with a blue flag and it is open to all guests of Elounda.
The beach is fully organized with sunbeds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports. Elounda is one of the most famous tourist resorts of the Mediterranean, with wonderful hotels and award winning accommodation.
