Ammoudares beach is located 44 km south of the town of Agios Nikolaos and 10 km west of Ierapetra.
It is a small beach with thick sand and rocks with crystal clear waters. The beach is not organized at all and there are no amenities. The beach has very little crowded and mostly preferred by locals. The beach Ammoudares located south of New East Village, a village full of vegetable greenhouses.
