Argo Villa, four bedroom villa of traditional construction, with private swimming pool and a lush green area, located in Crete, 14 km. east of the city of Rethymno, near the village of Stavromenos.
The villa is located in a beautiful location at the foot of a hill, surrounded by olive groves, offering wonderful unobstructed views of the sea and surrounding area up to Rethymnon.
The architecture comfortable stone building harmonious blend of traditional island style and modern amenities required for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
Single storey stone villa offers spacious, open space that connects the living room with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful furniture from solid wood, custom-made by local cabinetmakers, reliable, strong and easy to use. The floor is paved with stone slabs, which keep a pleasant coolness in the hottest hours.
Four spacious, bright sunlit bedrooms, comfortably furnished and equipped with private bathrooms with showers. One bedroom with a double bed and a balcony. Three bedrooms with two single beds each, and with balconies.
The villa is hidden from prying eyes and offers vacationers enjoy the peace and solitude on a green lawn surrounded by flowering shrubs and trees. Next to the private pool is a wooden pergola with a traditional barbecue, where during the day you can enjoy the shade and beautiful sea views.
At a distance of 300 meters there is a mini market, within a radius of 500 to 700 meters there is a petrol station, pharmacy, supermarket, shops and taverns with a great selection of local delicacies. The sandy beach is located at a distance of 400 meters from the villa.
