Tropical Villa is a magnificent three bedroom villa with private pool and stunning sea views, located in the exclusive resort area of Elounda, Crete, only one kilometre away from a wonderful organized beach.

The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place where no one will break your peace, surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape of olive trees and aromatic Cretan herbs.
On the first floor, where there is direct access to the garden and pool area, guests can relax and watch TV in the living room with fireplace and comfortable furniture. It combines the design of wood, marble and stone, creating a soothing, homely atmosphere. On the same level there is a dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and an elegant bathroom with shower.
On the second floor are found three bedrooms, one with two beds and two with two twin beds each with orthopaedic mattresses. All three bedrooms have balconies, wooden floors, they are equipped with spacious closets and TVs, and enjoy the beautiful sea views. Here there is also a main bathroom, paved with beautiful mosaic Italian tiles with a large bathtub.
On the territory adjacent to the villa there is a private swimming pool with umbrellas and sun beds and a garden with aromatic herbs. Here, lovers of outdoor dining can sit on the large terrace at the outdoor dining furniture.
An equipped beach resort and a traditional village are located at a distance of 1 km. from the villa. Here you will find the best fish taverns of the island with fresh fish and seafood, as well as restaurants with Cretan and Greek cuisine. In the immediate vicinity there are famous deluxe hotels with SPA centre, restaurants, boutiques and entertainment that could be visited to enjoy their facilkities.
