Elounda Island villa is a three bedroom villa with private beach at famous Elite Elounda resort area at Lassithi.
The modern two floor maisonette is located in a private plot with great grass gardens, wonderful view of Spinalonga fortress and of course direct access to the crystal blue sea. The small islet of SpinalongA is one of the most important cultural monument and tourist sightseeing of the area.
This villa for rent is a great escape for families with small children as there is a small private play yard, a private swimming pool and a safe fenced territory. At the same time the residents can enjoy dinners at the al fresco dining area next to the stone barbeque under the pergola with sea view.
On the first floor of the villa there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, the cozy living room with sliding doors leading to the furnished terrace with view to Mirabello gulf and two bedrooms sharing one bathroom with bathtub. There is a loft with a sofa for accommodating a 7th person.
On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Only a couple minutes away there are several five star hotels where the villa residents can enjoy facilities such us SPA, water sports, gourmet restaurants, golf, tennis etc. A variety of seafront fish restaurants is also found in the area while the beautiful fish village Plaka is only 3km away. The center of Elounda village has all kind of shops such as, Super Market, souvenir shops, jewelry and furs.
