More Villa is a seafront 4 bedroom holiday house, located on the island of Crete, in a picturesque seaside resort surrounded by greenery, in the district of Heraklion.
The villa is a new luxury building, built with traditional ecological Cretan stone and contemporary ingredients, surrounded by a large landscaped area.
On the ground floor there is a common space of the living room, dining room and kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom with a bathtub.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a shower. From each bedroom there is access to the veranda with panoramic sea views.
In semi basement floor with separate entrance there is a cozy studio with a double bed, a small kitchen and one bathroom.
The house adjoins the large private pool (56 sqm ) with children's section, surrounded by spacious sun terraces. Under a covered tent there is a dining table and a spacious barbecue area ( 50 sqm ) with kitchen and WC.
The villa is located on the seashore; it is a unique beachfront villa. Several other sandy beautiful beaches are found only a few meters away. Guests are offered wonderful panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The building is surrounded by a large area ( 1,200 square meters) with a wonderful green garden and lawn, palm and olive trees. There is a private parking area for four cars. In walking distance from the villa features a coffee shop, shops, taverns and all sorts of entertainment.
