Kamari Villa is an elegant new, villa that accommodates up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located in a beautiful area in the district of Heraklion, which features a unique landscape of the island of Crete and unique views of the sea.
The villa is a modern and bright two-storey building, decorated on the outside with environmental Cretan stone, and invites guests to enjoy the tranquility, romance and comfort. The villa is surrounded by tastefully designed interiors consisting of soft lighting, pastel decor, wood and comfortable Italian furniture.
On the ground floor there is an open living room with home theater, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From the living room the sliding doors lead to the pool area with panoramic views of the sea.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one double bedroom and a bathroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each. Next to them there is a bathroom. Each bedroom has access to a furnished balcony with panoramic sea views.
On the landscaped area of the villa there is lawn by the private swimming pool which offers water jets and a children's section and a shaded barbecue area with comfortable garden furniture for al fresco dining.
At a distance of 800 m. There is equipped sandy beach, at a distance of 350 m. there is a great variety of Shops, taverns, restaurants and cafeterias. Also not far from the villa there is a playground, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball. The distance to the international airport of Heraklion is 30 km.
