Blue Villa, six bedrooms, private pool, belongs to the category of elite, luxury villas. The villa is located on a small picturesque peninsula, at a distance of 20 minutes drive from the major tourist center of the city of Heraklion. The villa is part of a complex of private residences with private beach, located at a distance of 300 meters from the complex.
The villa consists of three levels and offers a modern design, elegant interior, stylish and comfortable furnishings and excellent technical equipment. Its guest’s villa provides total privacy and seclusion. The bright, spacious rooms with large windows offer fantastic breathtaking views of the sea. Just 300 meters from the villa extends a private sandy beach equipped belonging to the complex, which is a romantic sandy lagoon, which fades into one another. Nearby there is a marina for private pleasure boats. The closest resort village is located 3 km. from the 24hrs guarded complex of luxury villas. Only residents have the authorization for the entering into the complex.
