Sunset Villa, is a four bedroom luxury resident, with private pool, one of the most stylish and beautiful luxury buildings in the district of Chania. The villa has a private access to the sea and offers fantastic panoramic sea views.

The ground floor has an area of 265 sq. m indoor. Also on this floor there are found two bedrooms, (one of them open to the living room), and 1 large bathroom. Almost all of the rooms have access to the large, sea view terrace with wooden decking, the large pool area is 85 sqm, the grass garden with flowering trees and a private path leads down to the sea at a rocky platform. .
The second floor has an area of 200 sq. m. indoor There is found a living room, an office, a gym, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms ( one with bath - Jacuzzi and sauna ) and access to a spacious terrace. Almost all rooms offer panoramic views of the sea.

The nearest sandy, organized beach is only 500 meters, several options of excellent sandy organized beaches are found within 3km as well as good traditional restaurants and fish taverns.
