Stalos villa is a brand new two bedroom villa with a small private pool, located on the beautiful, long stretch of the coast of the county of Chania, in a beautiful resort area, only 150 meters from the beach.
This is a wonderful heaven for those wishing to have holidays with their friends, or in a close family circle to spend unforgettable holidays in an atmosphere of peace and bliss.
The villa, which can comfortably accommodate from 4 to 6 people, is a new construction of traditional Cretan stone building, wonderfully harmonized with the environment and landscape. Respect for traditional style combined with the elegance of the interior design, natural materials of stone and wood, others comfort and functional furniture.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living room, dining room, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. On this level there is access to a veranda with garden furniture.
On the second floor there are two large comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds), a large wardrobe, a bathroom with tub and cozy balconies.
The long, equipped sandy beach with crystal clear waters is situated next to the villa, at a distance of only 150 meters. The Beach was repeatedly awarded with Blue Flag. The infrastructure in the resort area is well developed. On walking distance there are supermarkets, shops, banks and a pharmacy.
Numerous taverns and restaurants in the village will delight the most exquisite gastronomic whim. Continuous bus service to the main town of the island and nearby resorts with glamorous nightclubs. The convenient location of the villa allows you to quickly and easily get to the beautiful beaches of the north-west of Crete: Gramvoussa, Balos, Falasarna and Elafonisi
