Platanias villas

Platanias villas is an elite complex offering accommodation in villas from one to four bedrooms, each villa offers a private pool. The complex is located in one of the most popular resort areas of Chania at Platanias West of the beautiful town and only 500meters away from the beautiful organized beach.

All villas are built in maisonette style, using traditional Cretan stone which keeps cool the residents on the hottest days. The carefully designed villas are found in a quiet location, away from the busy life of the resort village on a vast landscaped area, immersed in green, with a playground but on the same time every facility is found within walking distance.
The ground floor of each villa, offers a spacious open-plan living room area a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the private pool that enters into the living area and offers a unique feeling of relaxation. On the ground floor there is one or two bedrooms, each one of them with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The upper floor offers two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and wonderful equipped balconies. All of the bedrooms offer plasma TV.
The access to the resort village does not constitute any difficulty - within walking distance along a shady alley, there are found shops, cafes, taverns and everything you may need. In the village there are also large supermarkets, pharmacies and doctor's office, SPA centers and playgrounds and amusement. At 500 meters from the villa extends a well-equipped beach, stretching sandy, with golden fine sand, with a huge selection of entertainment, water sports, restaurants and beach bars.
