The three bedroom Villa Palm is located in Crete, 17 km. west of Chania, near a resort village, in a short distance from the historic city center and the golden sandy beaches of the north-western coast of the island.
The distance to the well-equipped sandy beach is only 350 meters.
The three bedroom villa is built in classical style with all modern facilities, it is situated on a large green area with a private pool 55 sqm. big and garden in a beautiful scenic spot. The villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious open plan living room, dining room and kitchen.
On the ground floor there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fire place and one guest’s bathroom.
On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, one bathroom and one balcony with outdoor furniture.
On the lower floor of the villa is found one more large bedroom with bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by a lush flower garden and green lawn, with comfortable outdoor furniture. Next to the house there is a private pool surrounded by sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols.
A wonderful beach is found 350 meters away from the villa, equipped with sun loungers, and umbrellas. A variety of restaurants with fresh fish and Cretan delicatessen are found in the same distance.
