Nestor villa is a four bedroom property located on the picturesque peninsula of Akrotiri northwest of Crete. It is surrounded by the unique natural beauty of the landscape and beautiful beaches.

Cozy, bright and spacious rooms are comfortably furnished in soft colors. On the ground floor there is a dining room, a spacious living room with fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen, guest WC and a veranda with panoramic sea views. On the same floor is a cozy autonomous studio ( 28 sqm ), which consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen, and which is adjacent to a veranda with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
The second floor has 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and Jacuzzi, and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have a balcony with views and comfortable outdoor furniture. Also on the second floor there is a small storeroom. On the lower ground floor there are auxiliary facilities: laundry room, pantry, guest WC, also has a place to put extra beds two guests or staff.
On the plot that surrounds the villa there are well-kept gardens, sun beds and parasols around the private swimming pool.
The villa is located 800 meters away of a fine sandy equipped beautiful beach, and its location is an ideal base for exploring the many historical attractions in the region and other famous beaches. Also at a distance of 800 meters there are cafes and taverns.
