Marita Villa is a modern, three bedroom villa with private pool, located on the island of Crete, in a traditional, historic resort village of the district of Chania, just 800 meters away from the beach.
The beautiful one-storey building is surrounded by greenery in the middle of an olive grove and offers a unique beautiful view of the sea. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, is equipped with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open common space where is found the living room with upholstered furniture, the dining area with dining table and the fully equipped kitchen.
On the spacious plot of the complex, an area of 2000 square meters, in addition to shrubs and trees hthere is lawn for children to play. Shaded veranda offers relaxing at the comfortable garden furniture. Next to the terrace there is a private swimming pool ( 40 sqm ) with sun loungers and parasols.
Distance from the villa to the beautiful, sandy equipped beach is no more than 800 meters. Also within walking distance, 200 meters away there is a bakery, supermarket, greengrocers and cafe Enjoy fresh coffee and refreshments can be in local cafeterias and traditional Cretan dishes and Mediterranean cuisine are found in the famous local taverns to the entire region.
