Maleme villa is a modern and comfortable luxury building with 3 bedrooms plus one open plan bedroom, with a private pool, a spacious plot with garden and lawn, located in an idyllic, quiet, picturesque, sea view location surrounded by nature.

Everything here is related to privacy, tranquility and relaxation close to nature, away from the touristy resort areas, which are found at the same time only 5 minutes drive.
The villa consists of one large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wonderful panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside. One bedroom with a large double bed, bathroom with Jacuzzi and whirlpool. The other two bedrooms with two single beds each and a shared bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is one forth, sea view, open plan bedroom with two sofa beds next to the living room area.
The exterior area has a wonderful sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and great green gardens. .
A 5-minute drive from the villa is located seaside town of Platanias, with a wide choice of entertainment for all tastes for children and adults. In 3 minutes, is a beautiful, historic Venetian city of Chania, famous for its magnificent old town and the seafront far beyond Greece.
