Ilios villa is a new beautiful stone villa with private pool, located in the district of Chania, at Almyrida one of the best resorts in the north-west of Crete.
This modern four bedroom villa, has all the facilities to accommodate 8 persons.
In a distance of 200 meters, is found a beautiful sandy beach, equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The beach is ideal for families with small children. It is surrounded by greenery, protected from the wind, with light sandy entrance to the sea. On the beach, in the shade of the trees, there are numerous taverns with fresh fish and seafood, or with traditional Cretan cuisine and cafeterias. In the village there are shops, souvenir shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday destination.
The two-story luxury building with an area of 200 square meters, of natural, environmentally friendly Cretan stone, offers luxury accommodation in an atmosphere of complete comfort and peace.
On the ground floor are found: Spacious living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. On the same level there are one bedroom and one bathroom, as well as a utility room and a shaded veranda.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the hamam and a spacious balcony with garden furniture.
