Green Villa is a new, luxurious six bedroom villa with private pool, a large green area and fantastic views to the sea. The villa is located in one of the most popular seaside resorts in Chania, Crete just 500meters away from a wonderful sandy beach and only 8km west from Chania town.

The modern three-level building is fully equipped, furnished with comfortable modern furniture with a blend of classic style. All rooms are filled with gentle sunlight, and the wooden floors maintain the pleasant warmth of the sun.
Middle Level: Spacious living room with high ceilings, wooden floors, a fireplace and luxurious designed sofas, dining room with large dining table and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The Huge French windows that have direct access to the pool area, offer a unique beauty of marine species. On the same level there is an office and a guest WC.
Upper level: 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two share a large bathroom with a bathtub.
Lower level: 2 bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a bathroom and a small auxiliary kitchen. On the same floor there is a bathroom, games room with Home Cinema, small gym, and a ping- pong table.
The house has a well-kept, fully fenced area with a large yard and a green grass garden, a private area of 2700 sq. m. with the private pool.
The villa is located just 500 meters from the excellent sandy beach, safe for children with smooth entering to the water and sandy bottom. On the same distance, there is the excellent resort area with a wide selection of restaurants, taverns, shops, playgrounds, pharmacies and ATMs. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the Chania Venetian town and the old harbor which s found only 8km away.
