Edem Villa is a new luxury five bedroom villa with private pool and beautiful panoramic views located in the district of Chania, on the western coast of the island, famous for its unique beaches.

Thoughtful built on a gentle hillside, with views as far as the eye can see, this luxurious and modern building with a total area of 225 sq. m. Indoor, offers accommodation in 5 comfortable, bright bedrooms, and accommodates up to 10 guests.
On one level (145 m²): there is the living room with comfortable furniture and TV, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, it adjoins a bathroom with shower with hydro massage. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds and share a bathroom with shower with hydro massage.
On another level, there is am indepented apartment (80 square meters), which can be used for guests. It offers a living room, a comfortable extra kitchen and a dining area. Two bedrooms are found on this level, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds and a shower and two bathrooms.
The space surroundings of the villa are carefully considered. There is complete privacy, the area is surrounded by olive groves, guests can relax in the waters of the swimming pool or spend a romantic evening on the large terrace at the outdoor dining room.
The nearest beach is at a distance of no more than 1.5 kilometers, and the location of the villa is an ideal base for exploring the north-west coast of Crete, is widely known for its fantastic beaches, Falassarna, Gramvousa, Balos, Elafonissi etc. natural reserves and attractions. The beautiful seaside town of Kastelli is located at a distance of 1km. from the villa.
