Alex villa is a luxury, new five bedroom seafront villa, located in the amazing beauty of the countryside, at Akrotiri region, Chania, western of Crete and offers vacationers unique panoramic views over the expanse of the Aegean Sea, in a unique natural landscape and scenic surroundings.

The beautiful architectural design in the construction of the villa has a hinged bridge-terrace, from which, as from the garden there is access to the big private swimming pool.
All the outdoor areas of the villa are fully furnished.
The distance to the beautiful landscaped sandy beach, tavernas and cafes does not exceed the 350 meters.
