Seafront Villa 2, is an elegant house with three bedrooms, located on the shore of a wonderful beach in the eastern part of the island of Corfu.
The beautiful two-story building has classical style with elements of modern design and beautiful furnishings, conveniently located right on the seafront with direct access to the beach, promises an atmosphere of coziness and comfort for an unforgettable vacation. The independent location of the villa is surrounded by well-kept garden guarantees guests complete privacy and tranquility. The interiors are equipped with all modern and necessary equipment and offer beautiful panoramic sea views.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with sofas and armchairs, a dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. From the lounge there is access to the veranda and the adjacent barbecue area next to a large private pool. A spacious bedroom with adjoining bathroom and huge French windows that allow the sun to fill the room with a soft glow, and the hosts bedroom with direct access to the pool are found on the same level. On the ground floor are also found a convenient space for household needs, with everything you need for washing, ironing and a laundry closet.
In the second, the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, each with a balcony and a private en suite bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a large double bed while the other with two twin beds.
The vast territory of the villa is a true paradise for the bliss and pleasure. Most of the plot takes a well-kept green garden with shrubs and trees, in the shade on the soft grass where young guests and small children can safely enjoy games outdoors.
Around the pool are placed for sunbathing, modern and comfortable chairs, and for those wishing to stay in the shadow there is the well designed outdoor sofa. At the outdoor area is found a stone barbecue for lunch or dinner and a dining room for dining al fresco with a large dining table. The fairy-tale tent under the open sky, is ideal for enjoying a romantic candlelit dinner or a cocktail under the soft sound of the waves. The villa is fenced and the gate at the end of the garden gives direct access to the beach.
Near the villa there are some traditional restaurants, at a distance of just three-minute trip there is a popular resort area with shops, restaurants and cafeterias The trip and up to the island's capital, Corfu town does not take more than 10 minutes. The town is world-famous for its history and the wonderful architectural monuments.
