Paliomandra beach

Paliomandra beach is located 71 km south of the city of Heraklion and 1 km east of the village of Platia Peramata.
Platia Peramata is a small rural village full of greenhouses for growing vegetables with a few rooms for rent. Paliomandra beach is small but beautiful beach with thick sand and rocks, while the bottom is rocky. The water is crystal clear. The beach has very little people and they are mainly locals. On the beach there are no facilities.
