Limanaki beach (Harbour Tsigounas) is located 80 km south of the city of Heraklion.
The settlement of Tsigounas is a small rural village full of greenhouses for growing vegetables with a few rooms for rent. Limanaki beach is a small beach with thick sand and pebbles used as a port of Tsigkouna village. The bottom of the sea is with thick sand and rocks. The beach is not organized at all and there are no amenities. The beach is not crowded and mostly preferred by the locals.
