The vaulted tomb of Maleme, a Minoan tomb was looted and taken randomly at the beginning of the century.
The tomb is located 17 km west of Chania, in a few meters north of the German cemetery of WWII. It is a remarkable built tomb, dating to the Late Minoan times while inside the found pottery shards and seals.
