Sfinari village with 160 inhabitants is situated 57 km south-west from the centre of Chania town. The Sfinari’s settlement embraces the homonym cove. The village is built on the feet of Koytroyli’s mountain and is extended to the beach.
Quiet is one of the basic advantages of this untouched place. Ideal for family vacations, far away from the noise and the crowd.
The local population, with 150 permanent residents, deals with the olive growing, the livestock-farming, the fishing, the apiculture and during summer, with tourism. That’s why all the traditional food is made with the best local products and tastes so good.
